Commercial Leases

Big Sky Legal & Conveyancing act on behalf of Landlords and Tenants in commercial lease transactions. The Landlord is required to prepare a lease available for view prior to advertising the premises for lease.

There are many and varied clauses which can be incorporated into a lease arrangement between Landlord and Tenant. We prepare leases to ensure the correct amount of Rent is clearly indicated and that the Term of the lease is stated.
